Shipping policy

At Barbent Fitness our core values revolve around the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please refer to our shipping policy guidelines below and contact us at info@barbentfitness.com if you have additional questions.

Domestic – United States of America

• Orders take an estimated 2-5 business days to arrive after leaving our shipping facility.
• Tracking is provided for all orders. Barbent Fitness, LLC is not liable for lost orders if the tracking information indicates the order was successfully delivered.
  1. Issues with shipments marked as successfully delivered will need to be addressed by the shipping agency.
• Barbent Fitness, LLC is not liable for incomplete or inaccurate shipping information entered by customers. Customers are solely responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Barbent Fitness, LLC is not liable for shipping delays incurred during the carrier once the shipment has left our facility. Forces outside of our control such as weather, holiday traffic or other delays that impact the carrier’s ability to deliver do exist and can cause shipping delays.
• Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
• We reserve the right to cancel any order.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping on all returns for undamaged products.
• Barbent Fitness, LLC will provide for return shipping for damaged products.

International Shipping 

• International shipments can arrive as quickly as 7-10 business days. However, all international shipments can be subject to delays due to customs that can hold a shipment for 4-6 weeks. Barbent Fitness, LLC is not liable for shipping delays once orders leave our facilities.
• Tracking is provided for all orders. Barbent Fitness, LLC is not liable for lost orders if the tracking information indicates the order was successfully delivered.

• Barbent Fitness, LLC will not refund orders confiscated due to non-payment of customs fees.
• Customers are solely responsible for understanding their countries rules for the import of our products and the cost of duty or customs fees related to doing so.
• Customer are solely responsible for unforeseen charges which may be implemented by their countries customs.
